I am originally from Carterville.  I graduated from Carterville Schools.  I attended John A. Logan for two years on a basketball scholarship, then transferred to Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.  I'm very excited to be in Early Childhood!

I have a daughter, Kirsten, who will be in Pre-K this year.  She keeps me very busy.  I enjoy spending time with her, my family and friends.  I am active in my sorority, Beta Sigma Phi, and I love to travel.

Some of my favorite things to do are go shopping, watch TV and movies, and sporting events.  I am a huge basketball fan, especially of the Kentucky Wildcats and SIU Salukis.  I enjoy watching NASCAR and NFL games.
